Will Story Loop content work with my presentation software?

Our file formats are compatible with all major presentation software including ProPresenter, EasyWorship, MediaShout, Proclaim, Power Point, Keynote, and more.

Are refunds available?

Story Loop subscription signup and renewal payments are ineligible for refunds. Story Loop offers a 14-day discretionary refund policy for a la carte purchases, provided that the account has not been used to download the purchased product from StoryLoop.com since the charge took place.

What resolutions does Story Loop offer?

Story Loop offers the following resolutions: 4K (3840×2160), HD (1920×1080), U960 (3840×960), U720 (3840×720), SD (1920×1440)

Will the purchased product be watermarked like the previews?

Absolutely not. Your purchased video file will not contain any watermarks or credits.

Is a purchased video file different from the preview?

The purchased video file is the exact same length as the preview file, only without a watermark and with a license to show it in a public setting and online.

How often is new content added?

New content is always being added to our library, usually on a weekly basis.

What can I do with the video I just downloaded?

Be sure to check out Story Loop’s Licenses page to understand what you can and can’t do. Different products have different licenses. 

Can I upgrade a Standard License to an Extended License?

No. Licenses are fixed to product types and cannot be changed or upgraded. Check the license type shown on a product page to see the type of license for a particular product.

Can I include Story Loop media in my live stream?

Yes, all of our media is licensed for use in live streams and can be archived as part of a full service stream on YouTube, Facebook, and your church website.

Do your licenses cover multisite usage?

Yes, all products are allowed to be used in multiple locations if they are the same person or organization that purchased the product.

How can I become a Story Loop contributor?

Can I cancel a subscription before my one year term is complete?

No. A Story Loop subscription requires a 12 month commitment. The option to cancel a subscription will be available under Subscription during the twelfth month of the one year term.
