Will Story Loop content work with my presentation software?

Our file formats are compatible with all major presentation software including ProPresenter, EasyWorship, MediaShout, Proclaim, Power Point, Keynote, and more.

Are refunds available?

Story Loop offers a 14-day discretionary refund policy for all purchases, provided that the account has not been used to download any resources from StoryLoop.com since the charge took place. If an account has been used to download resources from StoryLoop.com or it has been more than 14 days since the date of the charge, then the charge is not eligible for a refund.

How do I purchase and download my product?

To purchase a product, simply add it to your cart, create an account, enter your payment info, and voilà, you’ll be downloading in no time.

Will the purchased product be watermarked like the previews?

Absolutely not. Your purchased video file will not contain any watermarks or credits.

Is a purchased video file different from the preview?

The purchased video file is the exact same length as the preview file, only without a watermark and with a license to show it in a public setting and online.

How often is new content added?

We add new content every month.

What can I do with the video I just downloaded?

Be sure to check out Story Loop’s Licenses page to understand what you can and can’t do. Different products have different licenses. Our Standard License gives you a lot of options, and the Extended License lets you do even more.

Can I include Story Loop media in my live stream?

Yes, all of our media is licensed for use in live streams and can be archived as part of a full service stream on YouTube, Facebook, and your church website.

Do your licenses cover multisite usage?

Yes, all products are allowed to be used in multiple locations if they are the same person or organization that purchased the product.
