What are ProPresenter Themes?

ProPresenter Themes are a set of visual styles that you can apply to any slide in your presentation. They are useful to quickly add visual interest, and ProPresenter themes produced by designers takes the work out of making your slides look good.

How to Install a ProPresenter Theme

Start by downloading and installing any fonts the theme requires. All StoryLoop theme downloads come with font links for you to easily locate a font. Restart ProPresenter after installing any fonts.

If you are installing a single theme, simply double click the .proTheme file to install the theme.

If you are installing a theme pack, you will need to copy the theme folders to your ProPresenter Theme Files folder. This is generally stored in Documents > ProPresenter > Themes.

How to Apply a ProPresenter Theme

You can easily apply a ProPresenter Theme to a single slide or a whole presentation. Right click a single slide and hover over Themes to see your installed themes. Then click on your theme to apply it.

To apply to a whole presentation, select your presentation in the playlist. Then select your theme from the themes menu. The themes menu is selectable from the toolbar. Look for the swatch icon.
